drown it in peanut butter and soy sauce
Comfort foods, we all have them. Appparently mine are a little…unorthodox. When I’m having a bad day (like today) and I can make my own food, I go for pasta, preferably with peanut butter and soy sauce, tea, preferably black, good chai or green, white cheddar cheezits and chocolate. Apart from chocolate, and tea I suppose, my comfort food is pretty wacked. Maybe it’s because I grew up eating vegetarian stir-frys, maybe it’s because that’s what I eat now. I don’t really know, all I know is that I think a person’s comfort foods reflect something about their presonality. About how they grew up, what their tastes are. I like to drown my problems in peanut butter soy sauce pasta. I eat it when I’m sick, sad, lonely or depressed. It makes me feel better for some unfathomable reason. Yeah, so I’m weird, get over it, we all have our quirks. I guess what I’m trying to get at is that we all have our abnormalities, and they’re what make us individuals. I mean, come on, if every single person acted exactly the same we’d live in a frickin boring world. Without different interests there would be no need for a lot of things. Say no one in the world like peanut butter, or peanuts for that matter. There’d be no reason to grow the plants, which eliminates the peanut farmers. Then there’d be no reason to ship the peanuts, bye bye peanut truckers. Then anything that has peanut in it would be eliminated, so there goes thoudsands of factories and things that ship the products. So taking away something as seemingly insignificant as peanuts (okay, so not the greatest example but you [my imaginary readers] get the point). Basically if everyone liked the same stuff, then no one would be interesting, and there would be a lot less to do in the world. I pride myself on being an eccentric, silly person and if that were taken away from me, I don’t know what I’d do.
Peace
Ali

Hey, you might want to explain how you came up with that mix… and explain the best way to prepare it. Just my 2 cents
